Moving.

It can be either an exciting or a tiresome thing to do - it depends on how you see it. If you're thinking positive, you will most like look forward to meeting the new neighbours, deciding on which room you'll choose, and how will you furnish it. But if you're rather negative (or not), the first thing that comes to mind is the fact that moving is actually a quite hard thing to do. So here are some tips to make everything go smoothly.
First of all, inform your friends about moving. They might help you out (with packing, for example) and you can share your problems/ideas about the whole thing.
Packing is the worst part of moving (for me). I always realize that 50% of my stuff are redundant things, which I'll never use (I have a great pile of magazines in a chest, and most likely will never read them again), and this makes me feel a bit guilty, but relieved that I don't have that much things to pack as I thought, after all.
Anyway,
make sure to label the boxes according to what you put in them, so when it's time for unpacking you will know what is inside of it. Make a box for hardware tools, so they won't get damaged, as well. And finally, put the things you will really need (for me these are: mp4 player, purse, identity card, keys, mobile phone, etc.) in a bag, so they will be near you and thus, they (hopefully) won't get lost.
If you are moving during school year, make sure to pack your books, notebooks, backpack in a certain box you will find easily (smaller sized one).
More tips:- Use the packing tape to seal the boxes.
- Use smaller, same-sized boxes. Reason: easier to move.
- Reserve a moving truck as soon as you know the date of moving.
- Be sure to have enough boxes!!
Make sure that the lights and heaters are working in your new house to avoid troublesome situations. And try to enjoy living in a new environment.
